Let’s get one thing straight—Boss Global Radio has never pretended to be something we’re not. We don’t slap numbers on our name to chase nostalgia. We don’t fake FM status to sound official. And we sure as hell don’t copy and paste formats hoping you won’t notice.
We built this platform from the ground up—Real identity. Real shows. Real audience. Not for clout. Not for cute graphics. But to raise the standard.
What’s In a Number?
Some stations throw “106” or “97.7” in their name. Why? Because it sounds like radio.
The problem? There’s no transmitter. No FM license. No frequency.
It’s branding cosplay—FM cosplay—and the audience deserves better.

Sudden Thursday takeovers?
“Globally” popping up in bios overnight?
Show titles sounding a little too familiar?
We see it. You all do too. They’re watching Boss moves and trying to remix the blueprint.

Why? Because we don’t need numbers to sound legit—we let the quality speak.

I’ve seen many. Especially on Facebook. There’s one in particular that says they’re on 97.7 and go by Hot 97.7. (What’s up with Hot)? Anyway, I live in the Fresno area and no such thing exists. Bunch of fakes man. Keep calling them out.
Great post and so true. The Boss was down for a week and a day and I felt the void. I reached out several times to let them know. They play nothing but the Hottest music and love their Indie show that showcases all indie artists. We need more of this. Keep up the great work!!!
