Request Without Listening? Not Anymore.

We're gonna say this once, and only once.
Boss Global Radio was never built to be a fan service link farm.
We play what hits. We spin what moves. We support artists — but we don't do it on autopilot, and we sure don’t run requests like a vending machine for clout.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen fandoms mass-share our request link without ever tuning in. People click, submit, and bounce. Repeat. No listening. No support. No love. Just screen grabs to say, “I did it.”
Let’s be real — that’s not support. That’s strategy. And it doesn’t fly here.
So we’re switching it up.
If you want to request a song on Boss Global Radio, you’ll have to do one thing first:
🎧 Listen.
New changes are rolling out. Our request form will now only appear after you’ve tapped play and vibed for a bit.
No more skipping the stream just to get a checkbox. No more clout chasing through clicks.
You’re either locked in… or you’re locked out.
This isn’t shade. It’s standards. We’ve always said we curate moments — not just metrics. That means:
We prioritize listeners, not link-clickers
We build with intention, not manipulation
We move with real-time energy, not performative plays
So when we say “drop your request,” we mean it. But bring your ears with you.
Boss Global Radio is a movement for real ones. If you care about the music — welcome.
If not?
You know where the exit is. 🖤💙
Aside from account login, you might also consider adding device ID tracking to monitor unique device IDs.
Would it make sense for the app to have an optional account login so it'll be easier to track? I know maintaining accounts could be a massive undertaking and you currently may not have the infrastructure, but just a thought. Take care!
