Many wonder if digital audio broadcasting stations known as "online streaming stations" would be considered "just an app."

Well, it IS an app, but most importantly for Boss Global Radio, we are a licensed business registered with the feds and state as a Limited Liability Company, otherwise known as an L.L.C.

Not only do we pay royalties for playing music, we are also registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Internet-only radio stations have developed good and bad reputations.

Many aren't really "online stations," but more like personal playlists of their respective owners.

They are completely disorganized and run them without proper audio processing or song scheduling.

They don't pay royalties, are not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, and even further, they are not businesses.

You might notice that there is even dead "air" in between songs, and some even only stream at certain times.

So yes, those are not well-structured playlists. While we respect passionate music enthusiasts, don't lie about it and say you are a legit broadcaster when you are not. 

That is misleading and has painted many of the streaming stations as not credible and/or fake.

In addition, we pull the data from our streaming server, analyze it weekly, and make any necessary adjustments to our programming.
